Arpi Melik-Adamyan, SPHRi, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Organizational Development Officer and previously as a Human Resources Officer at UN Climate Change since May 2013. Prior to this role, Arpi was the Head of the HR Unit at Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC from April 2011 to April 2013, and held various HR positions including HR Assistant at the EU Advisory Group/UNDP, HR Manager at Converse Bank, and HR Supervisor at HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC. Arpi holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Yerevan State University, completed between 1996 and 2002.
