Andrea Camponogara serves as the RCC Global Lead and Programme Officer at UN Climate Change since November 2010, where responsibilities include supporting intergovernmental processes related to technology development and transfer and assisting the Technology Executive Committee. Previous roles encompass Senior Technical Officer at the Regional Collaboration Centre of Lomé, Togo, and various positions within the Sustainable Development Mechanism programme, focusing on stakeholder collaboration, project assessment, and regulatory management. Experience prior to UN Climate Change includes leadership in CDM project activities at Enecore Carbon Ltd, environmental consultancy for the China State Environmental Protection Administration, and project management in international environmental cooperation. Andrea holds a PhD in Agriculture - Crop Protection from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Certificate in Project Cycle Management from the University Institute of European Studies.
