Jessica Archambault possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service roles. Currently, Jessica serves as a Quality Assurance Specialist at UMZU since April 2021, where responsibilities include ensuring product compliance and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this, Jessica spent nearly eleven years at AXEON Water Technologies as a Customer Service Manager, specializing in membranes and reverse osmosis systems. Jessica also gained valuable experience as an Office Manager at Nanolife Sciences from 2006 to 2009.
