Kenneth Pratt currently serves as an Audit and Control Assurance Specialist and IT Policy Exceptions Analyst at UMRF Ventures since December 2021, having also held roles such as Supervisor and Shift Lead within the organization. Alongside this, Kenneth volunteers as a Water Polo Coach for Bluff City Water Polo, guiding middle and high school students in the sport. Prior experience includes leadership as an Information Technology Student Team Lead at The University of Memphis, where the focus was on supervising and preparing Technical Assistants for technical support tasks. Kenneth also worked as a Student Assistant at the ITS Service Desk, providing Tier 1 technical support. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sports Referee with USA Hockey, mentoring young players in the sport. Kenneth holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, along with a BBA in Business Information and Technology from The University of Memphis.
