Vaidehi Mahida is currently a Graduate Instructor for the course DIGITAL 357: History of the Internet at the University of Michigan, where Vaidehi has also served as a Graduate Student Instructor for the course SI 110 Introduction to Information Science. Previous experience includes a UX Design Intern position and User Experience Research Consultant role at DataKind, focused on developing tools to enhance social service accessibility. Vaidehi has worked as a User Experience Intern at Michigan Medicine, creating a digital vaccine card, and as a User Experience Designer for a project funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Additional roles include Project Manager for the Michigan Department of State's Civic User Testing Group, UX Consultant for Square and the City of Dearborn, and a UX Consultant at Michigan Medicine, where Vaidehi improved submission and approval processes. Vaidehi holds a Master of Science in Information from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from SRM IST Chennai, with an exchange program at Sungkyunkwan University.
