Jennifer Harrold serves as the Lead of Talent Acquisition for Central UHR at the University of Michigan since May 2023, focusing on transformational talent acquisition and equitable processes aligned with the university's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) values. Previously, roles at General Assembly included Interim DEI Program Director, Sr. Career Coach, and Co-Chair of the Black Employee Resource Group. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and DEI across various organizations, including Paylocity, Indeed.com, Randstad Sourceright, Charles Schwab, and Google, Jennifer has developed expertise in skills-based hiring, behavior-based interviewing, and bias disruption. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northeastern University School of Law, along with multiple certificates and academic credentials in related fields.
