Bruce Auerbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and academic sectors. Currently serving as Mentor In Residence at the University of Michigan since November 2013, Auerbach previously held significant leadership roles at AlphaCore Pharma from June 2007 to March 2013, where Auerbach functioned as both Chief Operating Officer and President. Auerbach's earlier career included a tenure at Pfizer R&D from January 1990 to July 2007 as Associate Research Fellow, focusing on Cardiovascular Research and bridging discovery with clinical development. Auerbach earned a Master of Science degree in Pathology/Comparative Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine between 1982 and 1986.
