Robert Warren, PE, PMP, CEM, currently serves as Associate Vice President of Facilities Operations at the University of Miami Health System since April 2021. With extensive experience in engineering and facility management, Robert has previously held prominent positions including Director of Engineering at CBRE and Deputy Director of Global Facility Operations at the US Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. Additional roles include Director of Facilities, Engineering, and Acquisition at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Chief Engineer for the US Navy, and Lead Portfolio Manager for the Facilities Energy Program at Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) HQ. Robert's academic credentials include a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Boston University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.
