Hoyan Ng-Chen, PharmD BCPS, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center within the University of Miami Health System since April 2021. In addition to this role, Hoyan has been a Visiting Faculty Member at Chamberlain College of Nursing and a Faculty member at Walden University since 2014, focusing on advanced pharmacology education. Prior experience includes serving as Pharmacy Manager at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and roles at Memorial Healthcare System and Baptist Health South Florida as a Clinical Pharmacist and Senior Clinical Oncology Pharmacist. Hoyan also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Nova Southeastern University and previously managed a pharmacy at Publix Super Markets. Hoyan earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University- College of Pharmacy from 1999 to 2003.
