Charlie Hayes-Newington is an experienced professional currently serving as a Principal Consultant at UMATR, focusing on bespoke recruitment solutions in the tech sector since March 2024. In addition to this role, Charlie also co-organizes events for Rust Matters, starting in March 2024. Previously, Charlie held the position of Principal Consultant at Caspian One | FinTech from November 2019 to March 2024, and worked as a Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz in the UK and 4Com. Prior to these roles, Charlie gained experience as a PR and VIP Manager at Halo Bournemouth, a Customer Advisor at Hastings Direct, and a Bartender at The Pointer. Charlie obtained a degree from Bournemouth University, along with education at Aylesbury Grammar School and St Edward's School in Oxford.
