Ornella Buia has extensive experience in human resources and career consulting, currently serving as a Career Consultant and Human Resources Consultant at UMANA SPA since May 2009. Responsibilities include individual consulting on skills assessment, professional project definition, self-marketing tools, and active job search support, as well as corporate consulting involving competency mapping, potential evaluation, mid-career assessment, climate analysis, and focus groups. Prior to UMANA SPA, Ornella held the position of HR Project Manager at SIMKI from March 1994 to April 2009, overseeing project management, team coordination, personnel selection and training, potential assessment, and climate analysis. Ornella's career began as an HR Consultant at SYS-DAT Consulenze from July 1986 to February 1994, focused on personnel selection, training, and orientation. Ornella holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Padova, obtained between 1978 and 1983, and a diploma from Liceo Scientifico "G. Marconi" di Parma, completed in 1978.
