Marika Bacinovic has substantial experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as Responsabile filiale and HR recruiter at UMANA SPA since November 2017. Prior to this, Marika worked as a secretary at impianti elettrici from December 2016 to August 2017 and completed an internship focused on teaching Italian at Comune di Pesaro between January and June 2015. Marika holds a Laurea triennale in lingue e civiltà orientali and a Laurea breve in lingue e letterature straniere from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, both earned between 2012 and 2016.
