Maria Elena Iacovino has extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management, currently serving as an OML - Operatore mercato del lavoro at UMANA SPA since September 2016. Responsibilities include research and selection, conducting interviews, and managing relationships with local companies and cooperatives, alongside activating services for various programs. Previously, Iacovino worked at Orange Art Preschool from September 2014 to October 2016 as a personnel manager and recruiter, overseeing the selection process and managing reporting. Iacovino also has a background in education and training, having served as a trainer at Associazione Scuole Professionali G.
