Maddalena Bastone is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and social policies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at UMANA SPA since July 2017, Maddalena previously worked as a Human Resources Assistant at IKEA Group from November 2016 to May 2017, where initial training in human resources was undertaken. Additional experience includes a role in social project design at ERA cooperativa sociale and volunteer service at the Comune di Napoli. Maddalena holds a Specialist Degree in Social Policies and Territory and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, completing studies between 2010 and 2015.
