Lucia Sacchetto has over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter & Staff Specialist at UMANA SPA since May 2007, Lucia has developed expertise in talent acquisition and staffing solutions. Prior experience includes a role in the HR department at BOSCOLO GROUP SPA from December 2004 to February 2007, and a position as a Consultant at Explora Risorse between February 2004 and December 2004. Lucia holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Padova, where studies were completed from 1995 to 2002.
