Chiara Viola Mangione is an experienced professional with a strong background in branch management and operational leadership. Since April 2015, Chiara has served at UMANA SPA, progressing to the role of Responsabile di Filiale in a start-up context since January 2017, where responsibilities include business development, team coordination, employee training, data analysis, recruitment, and personnel management. Prior to this, Chiara worked as Responsabile di sala at Delirium Pub from December 2008 to October 2015, overseeing staff operations and customer engagement. Chiara holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano and completed a Scientific High School diploma at Liceo Scientifico M.G. Agnesi.
