Kevin Thomas is an experienced bar manager and owner/operator with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Since October 2013, Kevin has served as the Bar Manager for Umami Restaurant Group, LLC. Additionally, Kevin has operated Royal T Catering since June 2010. Previous roles include Bar Manager at Starving Artist Bistro for a brief period in 2013, Head Bartender at Cask&Cork Bistro & Pourhouse from March 2012 to April 2013, and Bartender positions at Tahoe Joes Steakhouse and Players Sports Bar San Francisco. An early career role as Pro Shop Assistant at Avila Beach Golf Resort provided foundational experience in customer service. Kevin holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu.
