Tom Kelly is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in managing teams and driving innovative solutions within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Technology at AT&T since November 1999, Tom oversees Business Analysts focused on optimizing Global Ethernet Products through various development methodologies. Previously, Tom held roles including Associate Director of Systems Integration and Senior Consultant, where key contributions included improving operational efficiencies and successfully deploying global network products. As CEO of uLumos, LLC since April 2017, Tom leads a startup team in providing high-quality software solutions. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver, complemented by additional education from The Johns Hopkins University.
