William Tanner is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at Dandelion Labs and CervoMed, William previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ImmunoGenesis, Inc. from 2019 to May 2024 and at CervoMed until August 2023. William co-founded ImmunoGenesis, Inc. and has also served as Chief Financial Officer at multiple organizations including EIP PHARMA, INC, siRNAgen Therapeutics, and Synthis Therapeutics, Inc. Additionally, William was a Business Development Lead at T-Cure Bioscience, Inc. and held senior analyst roles at FBR, Guggenheim Securities, and Lazard Capital Markets between 2009 and 2018. William holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a BS and PhD from Texas A&M University.
