Jim Rasmussen has extensive experience in leadership roles within the communications and technology sectors. Currently serving as President of Communications Systems at Ultralife Corporation since January 2010, Jim previously held the position of Vice President and Operations Manager at AMTI, An Ultralife Brand from March 2009 to January 2010. Prior to that, Jim was Vice President and Division Manager at SAIC from January 2007 to March 2009, overseeing a product design and manufacturing operation. Jim's experience also includes serving as Division Manager at AMTI from December 2001 to December 2006, as Communications Officer/N6 for the Naval Special Warfare Development Group from June 1996 to December 2001, and as Communications Operations Planner at Joint Special Operations Command from 1992 to 1996, along with serving as Communications Planner at COMSIXTHFLT from 1989 to 1992.
