Natalie Pidwell has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Natalie started their career in 1991 as an Accountant at BHP Billiton and worked there until 1997. Natalie then joined Philip Morris International as a Financial Accountant from 1997 to 1999. Natalie later worked as a Senior SAP Consultant at Hiserv Australia from 1999 to 2000. Natalie rejoined BHP Billiton in 2000 and held various roles including Business Analyst and Financial Accountant until 2005. From 2006 to 2015, Natalie worked part-time at BHP Billiton as a Senior Project Accountant and Specialist Management Accountant. In 2016, they joined Social Traders Ltd as the Head of Finance and Operations until 2018. Natalie then joined TOM Organic in 2018 and held the positions of Manager Finance and Commercial Finance Manager until 2021. Natalie is currently working as a Finance Manager at Ultra Violette Skincare starting from July 2021.

Natalie Pidwell completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from RMIT University between the years 1988 and 1991.
