Scott Matteoni

Senior Vice President Finance at Ultra Clean Technologies

Scott Matteoni has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Scott started their career at Apple as a Cost Accountant and Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for planning, forecasting, and analyzing material variances. Scott then worked at Bay Networks as a Senior FP&A Analyst, where they prepared revenue and gross margin forecasts and analyzed commission expenses.

Scott later joined Quantum as a Senior FP&A Analyst, where they handled the financial review and consolidation of the DLT Tape Division's financial statements. Scott then moved to Aspect Communications as a Cost Accounting Manager, overseeing monthly closes and reporting for inventory and departmental spending.

At Netgear, Scott served as a Director of Operations Finance, managing a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of Operations and Customer Support. Scott also supported the Senior VP of Operations with financial analysis of key business processes.

Scott then joined Polycom as a Director of Finance for Operations, where they prepared product gross margin forecasts and managed a team of financial analysts. Their responsibilities included overseeing the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts.

Currently, Scott holds the position of VP Finance at Ultra Clean Technology. In this role, they are responsible for managing and directing the FP&A and Cost Accounting groups. Scott oversees the creation and review of company-wide financial forecasts, as well as providing financial guidance to achieve company goals. Additionally, they ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated strong financial analysis skills, provided guidance to senior leadership, and played a key role in strategic decision-making.

Scott Matteoni obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Scott completed their undergraduate studies from 1985 to 1989.
