Michael Puleo serves as the Senior Director of Career Services at Ultimate Medical Academy since January 2019, overseeing leadership teams dedicated to placing graduates in Allied Healthcare positions and collaborating with the Director team on production initiatives. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Area Director at Volt Workforce Solutions from January 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included leading recruitment and operations across Florida. Earlier experience encompasses leadership roles at Nurses 24/7, including Allied 24/7 Division as well as Regional Manager/Recruiting Director, and positions at Bright House Networks and Manpower. Michael began the career journey at Technion Communications as Recruiting Director and is an alumnus of the University of Delaware.
