Cody Soots is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Consumer Cellular, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cody held positions including Employment Development Specialist at Work Ready Oklahoma and Case Manager at both The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM) and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Cody's early career included roles as a Bank Teller at BancFirst and internships at The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM) and Northwest Community Church. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oklahoma Baptist University, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017.
