Mark McKinley has extensive experience in quality control and inspection within the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as a CMM Programmer and Operator at Ultimate Hydroforming, Inc. since August 2016, Mark specializes in PCDMIS, surface plate inspection, and has worked with high-profile clients such as Lockheed Martin and Boeing. Prior to this role, Mark was a Quality Control Technician at Offsite Manufacturing Technologies where responsibilities included CMM operation and various inspections. Earlier experience includes positions as an Aerospace Inspector at Chardam Gear Company, where Mark gained significant expertise in magnetic particle inspection, final inspections, and metallurgy lab work, holding level 1 and level 2 certifications.
