Stacey Cirillo

VP, Product Development, Regulatory & Quality at Ultima Health Products, Inc

Stacey Cirillo has a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and product development in the pharmaceutical and health and wellness industries. Stacey started their career at KPMG LLP, where they worked as a Senior Auditor and obtained their CPA licensure. Stacey then moved on to Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they served as an Associate Director of Business Development, managing all aspects of the business development and licensing process. Stacey also worked as a Consultant and Expert Witness, providing consulting services to clients in the pharmaceutical industry and serving as an expert witness in pharmaceutical-related litigation.

In 2011, Stacey joined Mylan Inc. (Mylan Specialty) as a Senior Director of Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Alliance Management. Here, they were responsible for implementing and executing strategic growth opportunities, leading business development activities, and managing alliances. Stacey also held a role as Director of Strategic Planning at Mylan Specialty (formerly Dey Pharma) during this time.

Stacey's career continued to progress, and in 2014, they became the Director of Product Development at Zarbee's Naturals, where they led the R&D, product development, and innovation initiatives that contributed to the significant growth of the company. Under their leadership, Zarbee's Naturals expanded its product portfolio and sales, resulting in its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson in 2018.

After the acquisition, Stacey joined Johnson & Johnson as the Director of Portfolio Management and Global Expansion, responsible for overseeing portfolio management and driving global expansion initiatives. In 2020, they joined Scholl's Wellness Company as the Vice President of Innovation, Portfolio, and Enterprise Strategy, leading innovation efforts and driving strategic initiatives.

Most recently, Stacey joined Ultima Health Products, Inc. in 2022 as the Vice President of Product Development, Regulatory, and Quality, where they are responsible for leading product development, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance efforts.

Throughout their career, Stacey has demonstrated a track record of driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading successful product development initiatives.

Stacey Cirillo attended the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy - Lauralton Hall from 1991 to 1995 and obtained their High School Diploma. Stacey then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Boston College, graduating in 1999. In 1998, they also studied at UNSW, although the specific details about their degree or field of study during that time are not provided. Stacey later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2002 to 2003, specializing in Strategy and Finance.
