KS Sudhir has worked in the recruitment field since 2014. KS began their career at IBM as a Professional Recruiter, a role they held from 2014 to 2017. KS then moved to Collabera, where they were a Recruiting Team Lead from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they returned to IBM, this time as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
