Mark Mace has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and reporting. Mark currently works as a Business Intelligence Developer at Ulteig since 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Nvoicepay, a FLEETCOR Company. From 2015 to 2021, Mark served as Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting, where they managed the Reporting Team and handled responsibilities such as data warehouse development, Power BI development, Zendesk reporting, and operational support for the CRM team. Mark also managed the Power BI environment and the Customer Profitability model. Furthermore, Mark worked as a Data Analyst, primarily utilizing SQL and Power BI to create reports and automate business processes. Mark'srole also involved writing queries to evaluate potential synergies for the company's acquisition. Mark initially joined Nvoicepay as a Vendor Manager in 2016 and started their career with them as an Operations Clerk in 2015, where they worked until 2016.
