Patricia Little has extensive experience in financial leadership and governance, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair at McCormick & Company since 2010, and as a Board Member for Ulta Beauty since December 2019. Previously, Patricia held the role of CFO at The Hershey Company from March 2015 to May 2019 and was EVP and CFO at Kelly Services from 2008 to 2015. Additional experience includes serving as General Auditor and Director of Global Accounting at Ford Motor Company from 2001 to 2008, and Vice President and Controller at Ford Motor Credit Company from 1999 to 2000. Patricia holds an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a BA in Accounting from Drake University.
