Victoria Reid, LMSW, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Innovation at Ulster County since June 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria participated in the National Rural Health Association's Rural Health Fellows Program, a prestigious initiative aimed at developing leaders committed to improving rural health in America. Victoria has held various leadership positions, including serving as the Executive Director of the Rural Health Network at Ellenville Regional Hospital from October 2018 to June 2022, and as the Regional Director of Community Initiatives at HealthlinkNY from May 2016 to September 2018. Victoria's professional journey began with an MSW internship at Catholic Charities of Chenango County, leading to roles focused on population health planning and community initiatives. Victoria's educational background includes an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Bridgeport and an MSW from the University of Southern California, complemented by a BA in Sociology and an AA in Psychology.
