Kuntan (Dhanoya) Zatakia is an experienced professional in the fields of business development, quality management, and training within the localization and editing services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Ulatus (Crimson Interactive) since October 2015, Kuntan has been instrumental in enhancing customer service offerings globally. Prior roles within Crimson Interactive include Head of Quality and Training Operations, where responsibilities encompassed service quality improvement and compliance with industry standards, as well as leadership positions that established and expanded the Quality and Training Division. Kuntan began an academic editing career with the company at its inception and has gained prior experience as a Customer Service Representative at eFunds International India Private Limited. Kuntan holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai.
