Mikhail Gumin has over 25 years of experience in finance and auditing. Currently serving as Assistant Corporate Controller at Underwriters Laboratories since April 2006, Mikhail has also held the role of Assistant Controller at UL Inc from 2003 onwards. Prior to this, Mikhail was the Manager of Internal Audit at UL from March 2003 to April 2007, after gaining significant experience as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 1998 to March 2003, where responsibilities included managing internal audit and advisory client assignments. Mikhail holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Business Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has degrees in Process Automation and Engineering from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" and Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, respectively.
