Bethany King Wilkes is an experienced education program manager currently working at UL Research Institutes since August 2022. Previously, Bethany served as Program Director for Seamless Alignment and Integrated Learning Support (SAILS) at the Tennessee Board of Regents from May 2018 to August 2022, and as Program Director of Student Services & Outreach in the College of Engineering at Tennessee State University from 2015 to 2018. Additional roles include leadership positions with Project Reflect, Inc., the Tennessee Department of Education, Project Lead The Way, Oklahoma State University, Christian Brothers University, and engineering experience at FedEx Express. Bethany holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology & Research from The University of Memphis, a Master of Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University.
