Cath Longhurst is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Consultant at Cath Longhurst Consulting Ltd since April 2021, while also serving as a Board Trustee for UKSA and HIVE Portsmouth. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Longhurst was the Chief Executive at EBP South (Inc. Basingstoke Consortium) from 2001 to March 2021, where the focus was on enhancing careers education and guidance in Hampshire. Additional advisory and trustee positions include Portsmouth Harbour Marine, Wheatsheaf Trust, Aspex Gallery, EXPRESS FM, and South Central Connexions. Longhurst holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Change Management from the University of Reading, along with various leadership and management qualifications from prestigious institutions.
