Anton Delikatnyi is the Head of HR Department at Ukroboronprom, overseeing a team of 7 subordinates at headquarters and people management representatives across production sites in Ukraine. With a background in HR and operations management, Anton has held various leadership roles in different companies such as Alty and Yarki Studio. Anton's experience includes developing and implementing HR strategies, staff retention systems, knowledge sharing methodologies, and OKR-based reward systems. Prior to their current role, Anton worked as the Head of the Tech practice at Odgers Berndtson. Anton is a graduate of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
