Lyashenko Stanislav has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Head of the Odessa Branch for JSC Ukreximbank since August 2021. Prior to this role, Lyashenko held the position of Head of the Odessa Branch at PJSC MTB BANK from December 2006 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing 40 branch units and approximately 400 employees while implementing strategic decisions to enhance regional service quality and profitability. Lyashenko's career initiated at JSC MARINE TRANSPORT BANK, where various roles included Head of the Department for Development and Coordination and Deputy Branch Manager, focusing on branch profitability and customer service. Lyashenko's educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the National Academy for Public Administration and degrees in Finance and Credit from Odessa State Economic University, along with completion of a mini-MBA program.
