Sharad Parashar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace services and operational management. Currently serving as the Director for International Workplace Services at UKG since April 2022, Sharad leads operations for the EMEA, Australia, and India regions, managing multiple stakeholders across various offices. Previously, Sharad held senior managerial roles at Kronos Incorporated and Fidelity International, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate services, projects, and facilities management across multiple locations in India. Prior experience includes roles at CBRE as Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager, as well as engineering duties at Emerson Network Power, managing operations and special projects within the Delhi territory. Sharad holds a PGDBM in Operations from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Instrumentation from ABES Engineering College.
