Nitin Wadhwa is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Director and Head of Human Resources for APAC at UKG since May 2020. Previously, Nitin held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. and served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Capgemini. Earlier career roles include significant HR functions at Aviva Singapore, HCL Technologies, and Convergys India Services. Nitin's academic background includes an Executive General Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, along with HR-focused qualifications from Sardar Patel University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
