Manuela De Luca is a Configuration Specialist at The Ergo Group since September 2023, focusing on the configuration and testing of MetisBPM for client projects. Previously served as a Technical Consultant at Hood River Consulting and as a Configuration Engineer at Combined Ratio Solutions, where contributions included creating business logic for insurance tasks and collaborating on project infrastructure and architecture. Manuela also worked as a Project Producer at Ogilvy, bridging client expectations with internal teams, and held marketing management roles at Fabrix 3D and Clearwater, overseeing various marketing initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from UTEC and ongoing studies in Computer Programming at Universidad ORT Uruguay, among other qualifications in advertising and digital communication.
