Lisa Pratt has extensive work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Lisa currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Engagement Marketing at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since 2020. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Kronos Incorporated from 2010 to 2020, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Customer Engagement Marketing and Senior Director of Business Transformation. Additionally, Lisa started their career at Epsilon as a Marketing Information Advisor from 1993 to 1995.
