Karen Drosky is an experienced executive in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as GVP of Organizational Effectiveness at UKG since September 2022. Previously, Karen held senior roles including SVP of Talent Partners and Operations at Procore Technologies and various positions such as VP HRBP and HR Business Partner at ServiceNow. Karen's extensive background includes leadership roles in HR at NeoPhotonics and Logitech, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR business partnering, organizational design, talent acquisition, and cultural transformation in large publicly traded companies. Earlier in Karen's career, directorships at Yahoo! and Intuit involved strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing talent management and operational efficiency. Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota and a diploma in Japanese Language Studies from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
