Debbie Gallagher serves as a Senior Launch Delivery Manager at UKG, overseeing the performance of an enterprise launch team responsible for implementing UKGPro Core HR/PR, Talent modules, and Time Management solutions since July 2019. Previously, Debbie held various roles at Ultimate Software from March 2010 to July 2019, including Activation Regional Manager and Implementation Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing regional activation teams and directing HR/PR project implementations. Prior experience includes a Corporate Director of HR Technology Solutions role at ABHOW, with extensive oversight of payroll operations and technology solutions, as well as various HR management positions. Debbie began career in human resources as a Coordinator at Helix Medical between 1996 and 1999.
