Cole O'Brien is an experienced Account Executive at UKG since September 2021, previously serving as a Business Development Representative within the same organization, where efforts contribute to unifying HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management for numerous global organizations. Prior to UKG, Cole was the General Manager at WJMF 88.7FM from May 2020 to May 2021, successfully securing funding for a $200,000 renovation project that enhanced studio capabilities for producing marketable content. Cole also worked as a Podcast Producer for Bryant University in May 2020, developing a five-episode series addressing the university's preparations for the Fall 2020 semester amid COVID-19. A Summer Intern at Boston Children's Hospital in 2019, Cole improved efficiencies in the Case Management department. Cole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from both Bryant University and Dublin City University.
