Boryana Ciftci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical training and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Lead Technical Training Specialist at UKG since January 2025, Boryana previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Team Leader at Eviden from April 2023 to January 2025. Boryana's career further includes diverse roles at iCOVER, where Boryana advanced from Team Manager to Global Verifications Operations Manager from April 2015 to April 2023. Earlier experience at TELUS International Europe included positions as Assistant Supervisor, Subject Matter Expert, and Customer Service Representative from July 2013 to March 2015. Boryana holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a High School Degree in the same field from Lycee Francais Alphonse de Lamartine.
