Aimee (Carignan) Lea is the Director of Global Employee Communications at UKG, a position held since January 2023 after a promotion from Senior Manager, Strategic Communications. Aimee has been with UKG since its inception in August 2020, following the merger of Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software. Prior to UKG, Aimee served in various roles at Kronos, including Senior Manager and Manager of Employee Communications, where responsibilities expanded to include employee engagement events during their tenure. Aimee's career also includes positions as Employee Communications Specialist at Iron Mountain and Communications Representative at BAE Systems. Aimee began their professional journey as a Marketing Coordinator at Elsevier and as a Product Marketing Co-op at CSN Stores. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a concentration in Contemporary Journalism from Endicott College.
