Matthew Dicker is currently the Assessment Manager at UKAS and serves as the Club Secretary and Girls Secretary at Hemel Hempstead Town Youth FC. With experience as the LAB Governor - Chair at Broadfield Acadamey and Regional Manager at MATtest Southern, Matthew also held roles such as Field Section Manager at Bureau Veritas and Senior Technician at Fugro. Matthew holds a Degree in Operations or Departmental Manager Level 5 from North Hertfordshire College and a HNC in Civil Engineering from Oaklands College.
