Brackley Casinga has held various roles in the technology industry since 2015. Brackley began their career as the CEO of Kwanzatechnologies, a position they held until 2017. In 2017, they joined Facebook as an Open Cellular Project - Connecting the Unconnected - Internet Policies. In 2018, they took on two roles at Ensemble Pour La Difference as a Project Manager Scrum Master and a Technologist. Brackley also worked as a Youthconnekt at the UNDP Small Grants Programme that same year. In 2020, they joined Stealth Startup as a Software Engineer, Open Source Enthusiast, and Hardware Geek. Most recently, they began working as a Software Engineer at Ukama in 2021.

Brackley Casinga has a diploma in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the National Training Academy, obtained in 2019. Brackley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ekurhuleni West College.
