Chika Agabu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at UK Infrastructure Bank since August 2023. Previously, Chika held various roles at The Floow Limited from October 2015 to August 2023, including HR Advisor/Business Partner, where notable achievements included implementing a company reorganization and supporting an HR transition after acquisition. Chika began the career in sales and customer service, having worked as an Inbound/Outbound Sales Advisor at Voice Marketing Ltd and as a Call Center Agent at NTA STAR TV NETWORK, along with experience in healthcare as a Ward Assistant. Chika holds a Master of Science in Work Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
