Andrew Terry is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget analysis and payroll management. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst Senior Specialist at UK HealthCare since April 2019, Andrew evaluates FTEs, productivity calculations, and manages budget tools while optimizing practices and procedures.
