Jo Ball is an experienced professional in the greeting card and consumer product industries, currently serving as Category Controller and Product Manager for greeting cards at UK Greetings since September 2019. Previously, Jo held roles at Hallmark UK & Ireland, including Senior Range Manager for greeting cards and Range Manager focused on the Irish High Street. Prior experience at Tigerprint involved managing ranges for M&S, handling significant RSV figures and overseeing both everyday and seasonal products, as well as Christmas decorations. Jo's educational background includes a diploma in marketing from CIM and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Salford, alongside ongoing training in team leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
